We've all noticed that Fox has some similarities to Chun-Li (Lightning Legs).
However, I've done some research on their tier placements and made some interesting observations.
Let's say Smash 64 is SFII, Melee is Third Strike, and Brawl is SFIV.
Fox and Chun-Li are both above-average in the first set of games,
they are both THE top-tier characters in Melee/Third Strike and are both above average in the third set
(Chun-Li is higher than Fox though).
With their similar characteristics (below-average stamina, good combo ability), is this a coincidence?
