Fox vs. Weird matchups (IC's and Samus)

I can't find a guide on these matchups anywhere, and I've been struggling with them because I have a very good up and coming IC's player in my region as well as a myriad of Samus players. At the last 3 tournaments i've attended, I have only lost in these matchups. I'm not floundering in these matchups; I have a general sense of what to do and can take games from the players in my region but I'm wondering if there are any good tips or tricks to know how to deal with these characters.

I think SW does a great job handling ICs. Sadly, Fly is mad good.
And there's some good notes in this video.

Need updated info on the vs Samus matchup. Nothing in there about what to do about down-dodging Samuses, or Samuses that rely on smaller stages to prevent lasercamping...
