Thank you to S-Critical for helping find the different percent ranges for this true combo.

On many members of the cast, Fox, at low %, can combo a falling Uair into the Jab/Rapid Jab combo. Although there are many other alternatives that might benefit the player better at the time of use, it doesn't hurt to know another true combo for your main. Notes on character specifics we found while labbing will be added at the end.

I'd like to note that this combo does not work on every member and even when it does work there are characters that have better follow-ups to be used or the combo may not work very consistently. These problematic members of the cast will be listed first, followed by the list of characters that the true combo works very cleanly on. Thank you.

Characters that the combo can not be achieved on:
  • Donkey Kong
  • Jigglypuff
  • King Dedede
  • Kirby
  • Link
  • Little Mac
  • Lucario
  • Meta Knight
  • Marth/Lucina
  • Olimar
  • Peach
  • Pikachu
  • Pit/Dark Pit
  • R.O.B.
  • Rosalina
  • Samus
  • Zelda
Characters with inconsistent success or strict timings, percentages included if found:
  • Ganondorf: [2% - 5%]
  • Greninja: [0% - 18%]
  • Ike
  • Lucas: [0% - 4%]
  • Luigi: [0% - 6%]
  • Mario/Dr.Mario: [0% - 9%]
  • Mewtwo: [0% - 5%]
  • Mr. Game & Watch: [0% - 4%]
  • Pacman: [0%]
  • Palutena
  • Robin: [0% - 6%]
  • Shulk
  • Sonic: [1%]
  • Villager: [0% - 3%]
  • Wii Fit Trainer: [0% - 5%]
  • Toon Link: [0%]
Characters that can be combo'd very consistently:
  • Bowser: [3% - 11%]
  • Bowser Jr.: [0% - 10%]
  • Captain Falcon: [1% - 16%]
  • Charizard: [6% - 15%]
  • Cloud: (Limit) [2% - 11%], (No Limit) [1% - 4%]
  • Diddy Kong: [1% - 9%]
  • Duck Hunt: [0% - 2%]
  • Falco: [0% - 9%]
  • Fox: [1% - 15%]
  • Megaman: [1% - 11%]
  • Roy: [0% - 13%]
  • Ryu: [4% - 11%]
  • Sheik: [1% - 17%]
  • Wario: [1% - 6%]
  • Yoshi: [5% - 6%]
  • Zero Suit Samus: [0% - 9%]
I highly appreciate any corrections, suggestion, discussion, and inquiry. Thank you.

Notes:

Bowser:

Bowser's true combo range can be extended to 14% with a slight delay of your first Jab.
Bowser can be hit with the Fox's first Jab, and only his first Jab, from 15% to 19%.

Captain Falcon:
Captain Falcon can be hit by Fox's first Jab and only his first Jab afterwards from 17% to 19%.
Charizard:
Charizard can be combo'd in the 4% to 5% range by landing directly in the center of his model.
Cloud:
Without limit, Cloud can actually be combo'd in the 5% - 7% range but the Rapid Jab will fail to connect.
Similarly, Cloud with limit can be combo'd in the 12% - 15% range but will only hit 1 Jab.
Duck Hunt:
Duck Hunt's true combo range can be extended to 3% but only the first Jab will connect.
Lucas:
Within the 5% - 9% range Fox can true combo but will only have his first Jab connect.
After 10% Fox can use the second hit of his one-two two pull Lucas into the Rapid Jab.
Luigi:
Within the percent range given for Luigi, Fox will only connect with his first Jab.
Mario/Dr.Mario:
Within the first 3%, only the two Jabs will connect, not the Rapid Jab.
For the remainder of the percent range, only the first Jab will connect.
Mewtwo:
Within his percent range, only the first Jab will connect.
Mr. Game & Watch:
Within his percent range, Mr. Game & Watch will float out of Rapid Jab.
Ness:
Ness's true combo range can be extended to the 1% - 4% range but he will float out of the Rapid Jab.
Pacman:
Only Fox's first Jab will connect.
Robin:
What Robin can be combo'd into is very inconsistent. I've found that sometimes only the first Jab will connect while other times the Rapid Jab will connect but he will float out of it.
Roy:
Roy becomes increasingly harder to keep inside the entire true combo as his percent goes outside the percent range given, although, as implied, it IS actually possible to get him in the true combo outside the percent range given. It's just very inconsistent.
Sonic:
True combo will only work if Falling Uair lands directly at the center of his model.
Toon Link:
Within his percent range, only the first Jab will connect.
Villager:
Within his percent range, only first Jab will connect.
Wario:
Combo range can be extended into the 7% - 15?% range but only the first Jab will connect.
Wii Fit Trainer:
The full combo only works on Wii Fit at 0%. From 1% to 5% only the first Jab will connect.
Yoshi:
Must delay Jab momentarily to get full true combo.

going for a falling up air at that percent range is silly.

Yea I agree with top boss.
Too high risk and low reward
You should save uairs for kill percents just so you know it won't be stale and will kill when you need it too.
