Fox shine glitch?

Running off any ledge with fall space then quickly pressing down b and left or right (depending on which way you are falling ex. Right ledge press right) on the control stick to make fox look like he is stuck in an ifinate shine... His body is a shade of blue but there is no actual shine. Very weird and I have never seen anything like it in videos. Any one know what I am talking about? Any cool properties with this? I would post a pic but I can't figure out how to... .-.

It's called an invisible shine, and I don't believe it requires the left/right input after you shine, you just need very precise timing.
