For Glory lag on both sides

In for glory mode, is it possible for one player to have input lag and the other to not? Because a lot of times when I'm playing, other people seem to move ridiculously fast and are always one step ahead of me, and there is simply nothing I can do about it.

As much as people will say its the same I believe two players can have different amounts of input lag. I played a couple of streamers and they would report no input lag while I was dealing with a second of input lag
