I have project 64k ve for vista, and i can connect online and play with my friend when he hosts a p2p but i cant host my own p2p and when i try to connect to any other server it connects and shows the server room as empty, can anyone help me out?

For the P2P, I think it's port forwarding that is your problem. Check the Official Smash Index for a guide.
For server, I dunno. Maybe you put a space or something, I dunno. Or you're trying to connect when it's set to P2P, I dunno.

I had the same problem until I started running the program as administrator. Just right click the project64kve.exe, go to security I think and check run program as admin. Now I can host just fine on both servers and p2p.
