Foot Stool Jump

I dont know if this has been covered, but can Jigglypuff do a foot stool jump? If he can then that means we have the ability to easily combo into a meteor :3

Yeah, everyone can footstool jump. I'd like to think that the Wall of Pain would be more efficient, though.

IT is but what I wanna do is get them out towards the blast line then FSJ, and unless they have a godlike recovery like Samus, Jigglypuff, or Pit, theyre going to be forced to use their up b to meteor their way out of it.
