Fludd Mario

One character I wouldn't be surprised to see is Fludd Mario. Yes Sunshine has its haters but I think Nintendo sticks to its guns and might want to start the GCN Mario nostalgia now just 5 years down the line. I can only guess how pissed off people will be at the thought of this.

ill be the first to say that i wouldnt be blown away if it turns out youre right...
but that doesnt change the fact that i hated that game...
i think Nintendo got arrogant with that game...
it still bothers me that there is even a Delfino Square level in Brawl...
Super Mario Sunshine-themed courses have really spoiled the most recent Mario Kart games for me as well...
i dont like this idea at all...
but i will admit that i could totally see it happening...

F.L.U.D.D. actually couldn't be an item because of it's size. It can only fit Mario-sized people. So unless it can adjust it's size, then Bowser will have a hard time using it. Anyway, F.L.U.D.D. Mario should NOT be a character.

To be fair, FLUDD Mario would be nowhere near as bad as Dr. Mario. At least FLUDD Mario would actually offer a different moveset.

That said, I very much like the idea of FLUDD just being an item. I see no reason why characters of different sizes wouldn't be able to use it. In the case of Bowser, the FLUDD could just be strapped to his bad amongst all the spikes, and the "neck" would just be much longer so that the nozzle would spray over his head. Or it could just overall get bigger or smaller based on the character that grabs it. No biggie.

Since we already have Mario in the game, don't count on it.

He wouldn't be like Dr. Mario, though. He'd have his own moveset.

I could see F.L.U.D.D. being an item, but not on Mario as a seperate character.

that is true, but the other half of the moveset difference would be the look difference, in which even dr. mario could beat out fludd mario in comparison to the normal mario.

i personally would love fludd mario, he could definitely have a different moveset than mario

i don't know why people dislike sunshine so much, i thought it was a great game
