Floaty Characters and Multiple Shines?

1. Can one combo floaty characters? If not, what would one do against them? Preferrably Zelda since my brother mains her.

2. How does one multi-shine on the ground? Think I've seen it quite a few times in Shiz's videos.

2. Shine, jump, shine. I believe you have 6 frames to input the whole command.

not just have 6 frames, you have to do it exactly 5 frames apart. no more no less. that makes you jump, and the shine comes out on the 6 frame (the one you leave the ground, so you land that frame as well). I don't think you can combo a floaty w/ a multishine... maybe at really low percents, but i mainly multishine w/ fox, so i don't really know. Fox's combos against walls for the most technical infinite you've ever seen...
