FlatZone2 Help?

Yea I know it's ****ing FlatZone2 and I need help...this is my first try at making a decent looking Stage texture. So I run everything through STASH and it tells me the file is too big...then I trun to SmashBox like I have done in the past to import the textures from there. So both times when I pick the stage it just freezes...:mad:
Can someone please help da noob!? :psycho:
