Flash red when you miss an L-cancel?

I'm trying to help some friends learn to play Smash in P:M, but they never remember to L-cancel. The flash on success feature is great, but I don't think the feedback is strong enough for them. The 20XX hack pack has an optional feature where, when you miss an L-cancel, you flash red. I think this feature would help them by constantly reminding them that they need to L-cancel.

Is there any way to get this feature in Project M? (If not, then I would like to humbly submit this as a feature/mod request)

This would be a perfect feature to add in addition to the Auto L-Cancel button in 3.6!

I'm curious though, how close in frames is Project M to Melee? Is it the same? I swear my Melee Ganon felt like I was playing Smash 4 back at CEO, but I think this is because of how used to him I am in PM.

Auto L-Cancel "On" and "On with Indicator" (or "Training Wheels" mode hehehe) would be great! I'm super anti-auto L-canceling because of its potential to deter newer players from feeling the need to learn it at all (and with it, other tech), but if that were implemented, it may add some encouragement by having it as an option right beside the freebie one C:

PM Ganon is faster than Melee Ganon. Not so much in running speed, but in attack speed and other things. If you watch PM Ganons on YouTube, you can see how much faster they are.

Yes, I am referring to frames.

And I was talking about how much worse I was to performing l-cancels in Melee. lol
