Flash Memory help!!!

I am freaking out, the Wii uses flash memory, ok.
I saw that there is two types NOR and NAND.
NOR memory fails after being rewritten up to 100,000 times, while NAND fails after being rewritten up to 1,000,000 times.
Is the Wii's flash memory NOR or NAND, cause I hope it is NAND.
Btw, will a SD card with NAND flash storage work on the Wii?

I am freaken out, I don't want my Wii dead after saving my games 100,000 times.

If you manage to save your game over 100,000 times, I will personally buy you a replacement memory card.

Ok, now that I calculate it, if I modified data 2 times a day, then it would take over one hundred years to bring the SD card to failure.

And that's assuming it saved to the same spot every time. Chances are it's going to move around as well. You'd have to do THAT probably a million times to ruin the whole thing.
