I know a decent amount of people in Tampa (went to USF and played with a group out there regularly), and I believe one guy who is into PM but doesn't have many people to play against b/c so many play brawl there and not many at pm. I'll see if I can get him to post here or message you or something.
The Tampa Smash facebook group is locked down, but I should be able to get you in I think? Not sure if anyone can invite others to join or if it has to be a group admin, will check into that as well.
