Fixing Pirates Wolf's Eye

I love this costume and all, but there's one thing that just kills it for me.

I am very aware that it's the Smash 3C one and the iris is smaller. However I have used regular PM Wolf as well and it BARELY skims the top part.
Is there anyway to move his eye... more up? Or maybe move the eyelid more down?
