I haven't found anywhere that has explicit maximum sizes listed for the various FitCharacter.pac files, and I'm pretty sure that various hacks like some of the Brawl- characters have bigger files than the originals (could be wrong, there). So is there something I can edit in one of the common.pac or the fighter.pac files to make the game load larger files than intended?
If not, then basically my problem is, I want to add a GFX effect to Captain Falcon's f-air (which currently has none) with PSA, but doing so causes the FitCaptain.pac file to expand, resulting in the buzz of death at some point or another. Is there a way to add this without expanding the file, and/or is there something trivial I can remove to prevent it from doing so?
I would appreciate any help I could get; thank you. Oh, and if this type of topic needs to be posted elsewhere, please let me know so I'll be better educated if I have a similar problem in the future.
