Say that's pretty good. I'd igve it an 8/10. I'd say just make ur username a lil bigger or make it a different color cuz i didn't notice it for a bit. Hope u don't mind my critique.

The text isn't too bad, but the flow's a little off. The colors are nice but there's an awful lot of empty space in your sig, you might want to add some more effects. 
Just keep trying. Good attempt for not using photoshop for awhile.
