Finding Magnemite/Swarm?

I've been itching to get my hands on a Magnezone for quite a while. The only problem is that I can't figure out where to get Magnemite. I've looked on dozens of pages for where to find it, and I always get the same answer: Swarm in Fuego Ironworks. What does swarm mean?

swarm is when a certain type of pokemon can only be found at that place on a particular date.

talk to your rival's sister for when the pokemon will appear.

It allows you to hear what Pokemon are nearby...

You could always get a Magnemite from New Mauville and use Pal Park...
