Ignore the server files, just do the port forwarding. Now Host a game of p2p and allow it through your firewall.

Also PS3 controller is fail and for noobs. Get a Real N64 controller and adapter.

N64 controller is terrible **** controller for **** >_>

Oh, I'll get to trying that then.

And I'm eventually going to get an adapter. I already have like 2 whole N64 setups and prefer the standard controller, but PS3 is not so bad.

Did I just read this correctly, are you stupid? We're playing Super Smash Brothers 64. You either play N64 as an OFFICIAL smasher, or you play 'other' device which will mean automatically you are a FAKE Smasher and are even more fake then playing online fake, because in that case of being fake you cant even play on console with n64 controller flow.
