So I guess you're just gonna pick up and play competively on day one? lol**** items. **** final smashes.
Yes. Grabbing an item and then putting your controller down and picking up a soda while volt tackle kills everyone on the screen is far more demanding skill wise than shffling two uairs with captain falcon into a perfectly sweetspotted knee off the stage.finals smashes> advanced techniques
sorry, but any move that looks like it could instantly kill you is better than one that leads up to a kill.
I'm not buying a wii because I'm anti next gen console. I dont like the wii, I dont like the ps3, and I dont like the xbox, or the 360.So I guess you're just gonna pick up and play competively on day one? lol
Volt Tackle is controlled manually, so you'll have to use your big toe to move the analog stick around
enjoy your soda lol
I totally agree.Yes. Grabbing an item and then putting your controller down and picking up a soda while volt tackle kills everyone on the screen is far more demanding skill wise than shffling two uairs with captain falcon into a perfectly sweetspotted knee off the stage.
Oh, also, final smashes are items, so they won't be involved in actual brawl playing anyway. Yes, in casual play vs your friends the final smash will be more useful than spending actual effort killing people but the same has always been true in the case of the hammer and pokeball of doom.
Also, you can only use a final smash once per match, as compared to you can actually fight with your character as much as you want.
GG final smash.

So if I do play brawl itll be at my friends house where I play melee ( I dont own a cube either, though I wish I did because I love the system)
He'll buy the wii and brawl probably a few months later than everyone else after we find out what the games like off the internet.
If the game sucks, we'll just avoid buying brawl altogether, if its good then we'll play it twice a week at his house like we do with melee taking breaks obviously to play melee. And we'll find some way around playing single player to unlock things because thats a giant waste of time.
And the first thing I'll do in brawl, and the only thing, is turn off the friggin' items and play the game the way I like to play it. Which also happens to be the way the game is played currently at tournaments.
Im not telling you what to do, like I always put as a warning in my posts because they're heavily opinionated.
Understood? I don't give a rats *** what the rest of you do and im not gonna bash you for it. I expect the same in return because im tired of being flamed by the same group of people all the time for my views.
Thread over.I'm going to look at www.smashbros.com
somehow you reminded me of super mario hoops, and this comic came to mind. But seriously though, why is a ninja playing basketball. Why not just make smashbrothers into an RPG eh?
*pikachu casts knights of the round*
''Ok guys im off to make a sandwitch. Tell me when its done and Ive won so we can play the next round''
FINAL SMASHES!!!
TREW SKILL!
Win. Same as what I'll be doing, as I won't really be using the final smash much in my game. In fact, for a good part of the year it will always be off, I might only see them when I am *forced* to play through the 1P mode trying to unlock characters... However that would be a good way to get accustomed to the engine, with fights online using tournaments rules inbetween.I'm going to look at www.smashbros.com
