Final Destination Mode: What about stages with different forms?

The title might be confusing, but will this...

... be seperated from this...

... when playing with Final Destination stages? Or will only the main stage be available? Can stages still transform in Final Destination Mode? What do you think?

Not all stages will have a Final Destination form

They could make Final Destination versions for all "form changes" of the stages like the New Super Mario Bros. one.

But it is also worth noting that, as mentioned by the user above, not every stage will have a Final Destination form.

Re-watch the Smash Direct. In the part where Sakurai talks about Final Destination forms, the text will say:

"Almost all the stages now have a Final Destination Form".

Considering that he says almost every stage will get one, I think he is probably talking about past stages.

Maybe. I haven't thought about that possibility.

What I am wondering is if the 3DS stages will have FD forms as well.

The Final Destination version probably would be based off the starting form of the stage.

They could still do the effect and change the background and what the platform looks like.
