File Type Craziness

at the moment i have about a dozen videos on my computer that i want to get on youtube. the trouble is, i want to cut the audio off and add a background song, and to do that i need editing software. I use flash for this. The problem is, when i publish it i don't have a file type i can put on youtube. my options are .swf (flash) html, gif, jpeg, png (all picture files) windows executable exe, and macintosh executable, i need to get it converted to a format i can put on youtube. i had one free trial of a software that did swf to avi, but it expired and the software costs more money than i'm willing to pay. media convert and zamzar, two excellent free file converters, won't handle swfs

does anyone know of a free site for file conversion that can handles swf? or a free editing software? or something?

I use Super by erightsoft, it's free too and can convert a lot of file types and into a lot as well.
