File replacement no longer working

Last night i loaded homebrew onto my wii with texture hacks. I'm running brawl from usb loader (because my disc drive is broken) and it was working perfectly fine yesterday. But now my wii isnt recognizing any of the hacks.. Anyone else have this problem?
