Can Texture hacks be done without Homebrew Channel?

If so can Gecko OS load Balanced Brawl and the textures with out the SD card needing to be removed?


Truly sorry if I was a dumb *** and missed something really obvious. All help appreciated.

It's possible look at the brawl+ website they have a non-homebrew way of loading it
