Well, I noticed a few things after watching the first Brawl trailer.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7FO83eZdWks

- 0:21 - Link's Dair doesn't have the "bounce" effect any more. Once he hits the person, he just keeps going down.

- 0:45 - (Sort of obvious) Metaknight either swings multiple times in his Fair or something (like Link's in SSBM), or he can do "rapid-fire" mid-air. More complicated aerial combat in Brawl?

- 0:54 - Metaknight quickly dodges Pit's arrow. It just seemed a little different than a side-dodge, as he had virtually no lag.

- 1:21 - Wario's bike run's out of gas. (1-21-1:25) It looks like it makes him lose control. The bike can be destroyed (also indicated on the Brawl site).

- 2:29 - Check out Kirby's new jump sound :D.

- 2:20-2:24 - Looks like there's very little lag after Mario's smash moves, and they're generally completed faster. Either that, or the game was being run at a faster speed, or it was just cinematic.

I don't know if this has all been posted before, but whatever.

Most of that stuff was trailer exagerration, I imagine. I doubt when Zamus is created she strikes a cool pose like that. Or that Wario falls of the bike in such a manner.

The more fancy stuff was probably just...fancy stuff.

However, the things like Link's Dair and Kirby's sound are prolly legit.

Hey I never noticed that, good job finding it. It does mean Link won't fly of edges that easily.

Metaknight just uses his down special move: Dimensional Cape. You can view it under "how to play", "four special attacks" in the Dojo.

Whatever doesn't look like actual gameplay is a pre-rendered movie. Also, any moves and attacks that were shown in the actual gameplay is probably changed by now.

Why not? We don''t know if anything has been taken out, so we can't say that garbage(lol) is wrong.

Nice analysis, btw. Nice that you took your time to go through it, despite other people's reactions.

EDIT: I do agree, however, that some things in the trailer were for cinematic purposes only.

FWIW, I think about half of the stuff shown in LoZ:TP trailers never made it into the final version of the game.

You know, thats exactly why i was upset with the final product of the game. The trailer(s) made it seem as if the game would be SO open ended it wasn't even funny. But, naw, it was still linear as heck.
But this is off topic so I'm going to end here.

Lol, that's funny!

If they incorperated all ur observations, then Brawl should be completely different from Melee
