Few Falco questions

Hello I got into competitive melee around October and have been doing decent in locals but not as good as I want. Anyways I came here to ask for some help so I can prep better for the Aftershock tournament coming next weekend:

1. Is doing a delayed shffl bair on shield faster than an sh auto cancel bair on shield? I want to know which one would basically not get me punished and let me follow up faster.
2. What is the best thing for Falco to do after he takes a stock to not get punished on the opponent's invincibility frames?
3. Best ledge get up options? I usually end up wall jump side b-ing, firebird stall for a bit, double laser, sometimes ledge dash (haven't mastered it yet), or away then jump aerial onto the stage.
4. I have a habit of doing a shffl aerial into shine then full hopping after the shine. I know about shine grab and double shine and such, but what are other ways to improve my pressure game and get rid of this habit? Also can full hopping after a shine help me follow up instead of me using it as a not get punished option?
5. What's the best thing for me to do after an up throw than I can't follow up on? Like how should I position myself after one.
6. How do I get around Marth's sword? I laser him but getting on top of him pressuring him is when I have trouble, then he either grabs me or tippers me to death. Basically Marth is my worse MU.
7. Is is better to ledge dash going away from the ledge or down from it?

1. late aerials are safer on shield.
2. Go to the ledge
3. those are all options, feel free to mix in certain normal ledge getups below 100%
4. Know what you're going to do. If you wanna doubleshine then pillar their shield, know that you're planning to do that going in.
5. lasers or gain stage control.
6. If you're right up on marth then he's at a disadvantage, getting there can be hard and you need to keep your pressure up when you get in.
7. Down is probably more iframes + more consistent + more distance.
