Mario: Mushroomy Kingdom (Brawl)

I know, so many people hated it...but it was such a great nostalgia attack, and I loved the music for it. That's one I'd love on Wii U. Runners-up: Peach's Castle (Melee) and Mario Circuit (Wii U)​

Zelda: Bridge of Eldin

But that was really hard to pick, I love all of them.​

Donkey Kong: Jungle Japes (Melee)

Not much competition here. Hijinx is cool but rarely comes up on Random, and the rest are pretty meh. I'd love if we got a new DK stage with a new DK kharacter...

Metroid: Brinstar (Melee)

Probably one of my all-time favorite stages. For some reason, every time the random button picked this stage, the fights were faster, more intense, and more awesome. Loved this one, and I want it back on Wii U.​

Yoshi: Yoshi's Island (Melee)

It's the SMW and SMB3 music on this stage. I can't not have fun here.​

Kirby: Fountain of Dreams (Melee)

Peaceful, great music, and really showing off the GCN's abilities. Pity it missed Brawl, but I'm hoping for a return.​

Pokémon: Pokémon Stadium (Melee)

Don't mess with a classic. I liked the chaning terrain, but also how it didn't affect the fight too much. That said, I do like some cases where they have gimmicks. Runners-up: Spear Pillar and Kalos League​

Star Fox: Corneria (Melee)

Don't mess with a classic. Fight on the Great Fox over a city? Yes please.​

F-Zero: Port Town Aero Dive (Brawl)

Nothing big here, but I don't like the ones where the cars are platforms.​

Earthbound: Onett (Melee)

Dat music though. Love the Melee Mother remixes. Fourside was cool enough, but Onett was where it's at.​

Fire Emblem: Castle Siege (Brawl)

They're all good though. But I love the harpsichord in Power-Hungry Fool for this stage. There was a time I would reset if I didn't get that song.​

Kid Icarus: Palutena's Temple (Wii U)

Good enough stage, but I hate the other two. Don't like destructable non-pass floors all over the place.​

Pikmin: Garden of Hope (Wii U)

Mario: Mario Galaxy. Though Delfino is a close second.
Mario Kart: Rainbow Road.
Donkey Kong: Jungle Japes. They are all Jungle levels disappointingly enough but this one at least has Cranky Kong ^_^
Zelda: Temple. This stage was like a second home to me as a child...
Metroid: Brinstar Depths. A big monster screws you around literally and without being an annoying stage boss.
Yoshi: Yoshis Island (Brawl). I love the Melee one too because I love Super Mario World but that's more a Mario stage.
Kirby: Green Greens. I love Fountain of Dreams but Green Greens is just more creative and is more Kirby-ish
Pokemon: Pokemon Stadium 2. It's more exciting than Pokemon Stadium 1 but less hazardous than the Pokemon Leagues.
Starfox: Sector Z. I like the setting better than Corneria and there's no ships shooting at you.
F-Zero: Big Blue. It's just so cool.
Earthbound: Fourside. Magicant almost won but the stupid flying man -_-
Fire Emblem: Castle Seige, just because of that last area.
Kid Icarus: Palutena's Temple. Dat Omega form.
Pikmin: Garden of Hope. Probably the best graphics Smash has seen IMO
Animal Crossing: Town & City. It's better looking and has better music than Smashville

Mario: Delfino Plaza, My all time favorite stage, love Sunshine. HMs to Peach's Castle 64, Mario Galaxy, and Rainbow Road
DK: Kongo Jungle 64, love the layout and the barrel at the bottom.
Zelda: Great Bay, Majoras Mask is my alltime favorite game, so anything form there is nice, and while it is "jank", its still fun
Metroid: Frigate Orpheon is a lot of fun. Cinematic stage, great music, and the hazards are predictable. HM to Planet Zebes
Yoshi: Yoshi's Island Brawl is amazing. Probably my favorite "Legal" stage ever. Love the music, visuals, and layout.
Kirby:Fountain of Dreams, small stage, but simple and fun. Great Cave is too jank.
Starfox: Sector Z. It's really big I know, but I have fond memories of this stage.
Pokemon: Lumiose City. While I didn't play much 3ds, I really liked this stage a lot. Probably my most played stage in that game.
F-Zero: Big Blue, because the music is godlike and the stage is hilarious. Bring it back plz Sakurai
Mother: Fourside, really like the stage's design and music is great. Made me play Earthbound
Fire Emblem: Arena Ferox. Once again didn't play much 3DS but I had a lot of fun here. Castle Siege and Coliseum are also fun
Ice Climber: None. both are really bad IMO.
Game and Watch: Flatzone X , one of the most fun jank stages ever. Love messing around here with my friends
Kid Icarus: Palutena's Temple. Maybe I'm just a Palutena biased fanboy, but this stage is fun for casual play.
Wario: Gamer and Wario Ware Inc tied. Both are hilarious and fun. Also both totally jank
Pikmin: Garden of Hope, really beautiful stage. one of the best looking ones in the game
Animal Crossing: Town and City. Great basic stage, visually nice, and I like the platform placements.
Sonic: Windy Hill Zone because Green Hill Zone SUCKS
Pacman: Neither. Both are terrible. Pac-Land is worse tho so I guess Pac-Maze technically.
Smash: Eh depends on the game. In all games aside from Smash 4, it's Battlefield.
Misc: So many options...but Wuhu Island is an easy choice because it's one of my favorite stages in Smash 4
