Well since someone is gonna say it "the knee" but my personal fav is Dk's back air. I play alot of dk and that accounts for probably a good 35% of my kills by edge guarding. Has super fast speed, long reach, good lauch, and a lingering hit box that can gimp.

R.O.B.'s Up-Air. It's a combo move, a kill move, and has a huge hitbox that stays out long enough to bait an airdodge.
Honorable mentions go to the Gyro, Robo Beam, and Thoron.

As much as I love Villager's Tree, I'd have to go with his Lloyd Rocket. That move is great at controlling the stage and does pretty decent damage too.
