So what are your favorite browsers? Mine used to be Firefox because it has many plugins making it suitable for webdevelopment and penetration testing and making it easy to get more privacy. It is also open source and I love open source.

Recently though I have been using less Firefox in favor of w3m which I like better than Firefox right now. I like w3m a lot because it is fast, does not require a graphical environment, does not require the mouse, and is probably pretty small too. It also renders tables pretty well and has tabs and many other nice features. I have not been using it for long though so I do not know too much about it but so far it has been a great pleasure to use w3m for me.

Firefox is still my favorite graphical browser but w3m is my favorite browser now. I sometimes even use w3m on comic sites viewing the comics using shift+I while in a graphical environment.

So what are your favorite browsers and why?

The one from the Paper Mario series. He's so witty and - oh, browser. I read the title and got confused.

Probably Firefox, just because I've used it for so long and fear change. I've heard really good things about Chrome, though, so I'll probably give it a go down the line.

Chrome. I used to use Firefox but it got very slow even on a custom rig.

I use some secondary browser from the developers of firefox called palemoon. It's prettyyy much just like firefox, just with some minor tweaks. I used to use chrome; but it ended up hanging up and freezing fairly frequently, meh.

Firefox, the only reason being familiarity. I'm sure Chrome is great and all, I just have never seen a reason to leave the browser I'm in now.

Chrome Hands down. I used to use safari on my PC, but I hear that updates don't keep going on Pc so I was done with it. moved to firefox, but the addons were not good and it was as slow as crap. so now I am here at chrome. I get ad blocker & tracker blocker addons. I get a monado theme. I get incognito (no history page needed on there). And last of all: Speed. I enjoy it all on chrome.

Google Chrome for sure. I don't like IE or Firefox too much.

Pale Moon (Windows optimised Firefox)

I hate Chrome and other browsers aren't really relevant

Firefox. Lot of the websites I visit and plugins I use don't work on Chrome.
Also I just like it better. I feel like a lot of necessary tools are hard to find on Chrome.

Chrome has always been the fastest for me, but I'm fine with any browser as long as its not Explorer. Explorer makes me

I've only ever used that one browser from GTA V because of it's mouse pointer.

I have no "favorite" browser, and I've used almost all of them over the years. My "main" browser is Chrome, although recently, I've been getting interested in Microsoft Edge.. you know, Windows 10's default browser. Chrome is a resource hog for the most part, and Google hasn't done anything to make it lightweight yet. Either way I keep using it.

Firefox for every day use. At it's best, most customized form, for the most part this is the most convenient and mininamalist choice.
Chrome for development. Things are most likely to work and work well on Chrome.

Like to play with Opera for devices as well, but I suppose that's out of the scope of this conversation.

Thought it was called 'Favorite Bowser' for a moment.

It'll probably have to be Chrome because I seem to have some issues with Firefox lately. IE's a complete joke to me.
