I'm not going to beat you over the head with background info on this character. There isn't much. I'll tell you this, though. He's Canadian (by default), he's husky, he's mean, and he don't take kindly to colorful strangers prancing around all quick-like. He doesn't like your FACE, Pikachu.

NES Ice Hockey is not considered a great game in terms of sports realism, but its fun factor made it a classic. Gameplay is simple, fast-paced and reflex-oriented.

There are four players to a team (not including goalies) with three types of players to choose from: Skinnies, Joes, and Fats. Skinnies are extremely fast with a weak shot and are easily manhandled by Joes and Fats. Joes are balanced. Fats are slow with the most powerful shot and can slam the lighter players to the ice pretty easily. Despite their lack of speed, a team of 3 Fats and one Joe is IMO the hardest to beat because of their ability to hold on to the puck and make vicious shots on goal.

What? This guy has no chance!

Yes, I know, but I made a moveset all the same! Now, in the world of professional hockey, stabbing people with your skates and mowing guys down in zambonis is very much frowned upon, but in "This world"... it is cheered.

AAA - Punch combo

Up tilt - Fats swings his stick in a rising arch to juggle.
Down tilt - A low kick with his bladed foot. It spikes at edges.
Forward tilt- Delivers a sharp jab with his stick.

Dash A - He skates forward and stops sharply, causing a cloud of sparks/dirt to fly forward like a weak projectile.

Foward smash - A strong slapshot that sends you flying like a puck.
Down smash - He spins with one of his feet sticking out, slashing anyone nearby with his skate.
Up smash- Ducks down(evading attacks) and comes up quickly to bash you with his helmet.

Neutral aerial - Fats spins in midair with his stick pointing out, hitting anyone on either side of him.
Back aerial - he stabs behind him with his stick in midair.
Up aerial - he swings his stick in a high arch over his head.
Down aerial - his feet flail wildly in the air slashing anyone below him.
Forward Aerial - he lunges foward to hit you with his helmet or to bellyflop on top of you.

Grab - Hooks you with his stick and pulls you to him.
Grab + A - Smothers you against his manboobs until you beg for mercy.
Up throw - Simply heaves you into the air like a rag doll.
Down throw- Sits on you and you bounce up.
Back throw- Throws all his weight back against you and sends you flying.
Foward throw - Spins around on the tip of his skate, and using his stick flings you away.

Costumes

Canada Fats (default)/ red and green
American Fatty/red, white/blue
Swedish Fatty/yellow and blue
Soviet Fatty/ grey

Final Smash: "Brawl"

This summons the other three (not counting goalie) members of your team: one Skinny, one Joe, and one other Fatty. They are all invincible and immediately assign themselves to all of your opponents!

Special moves

Captions say:

Neutral B "WristShot"- Fats quickly flicks pucks across the ground, as many as four in rapid succession. In the air he can shoot only one puck at a time. It travels downward diagonally and then slides for a short distance once it hits the ground.

Up B "Stick save" - Your stick latches on to edges! Basically it is a pathetically short rishing jump, aided by Fats' ability to use his stick for added reach.

Forward B "Zamboni" - The NES zamboni appears and flies forward for a short time. Jump out before it disappears!" On land it is a slow, but frightenly strong weapon.

Down B "Slapshot" - The puck flies low in the air, gradually gaining height. The height and speed depends on how much you charge the attack! No puck emerges when you use this in the air, but you can still use it as a strong ranged attack, especially since the charge is storable!

I hope you enjoyed this pointless character post. See ya!

Thank you sir! Fats is a riddle wrapped inside an enigma, wrapped inside Rosie O' Donnell's body. And we all should be able to appreciate that.

Hhahahha, this wins. I would love Fats in Brawl but I am not expecting it. Then again, who knows with Sakurai? He is going to try to suprise us for sure.
