fastfalling with dedede

hi I am trying to get better with dedede but whenever I use his up-B and press down to cancel it, he always goes down a lot faster. What am I doing wrong? Any tips?

Doesn't pressing (B) again drop DDD too? Won't fast-fall

If u cancel it before the peak of the jump, he snaps down relatively quick. To avoid this wait until D3 is at or past the peak of his jump b4 you cancel it. Hope that helps.
