If you mean what you do at the start of the video, it looks like foxtrotting to me. Not too sure though.

It's the foxtrot, you can find the thread in the Academy subforum and Smashwiki as well.
Some characters indeed become faster and mixed with perfect pivot, you can do nearly everything out of a fox-trot, and, as a result, out of a dash.

yeah is foxtrotting but at 0:13 and 0:17 dk and ganon are cancelling the turn animation. when i try to change the foxtrotting direction, i just cant cancel that turnbrake animation. any tips?

when they cancel it, they're doing a perfect pivot to turn it and cancel it at the same time, so its just a comboination of fox trot and perfect pivot
