Fast grabs

I was wondering, witch is the fastest way to grab? The regular shield grab (i call it grab classic) or a spindash canceled shield grab or is that just for mindgames? or some other 3rd option?

As far as actual grabbing speed goes the only differences you'll find are between grabs from the standing position and while dashing-- the latter of which are laggier.
