Just watched most of the first match you posted.

The basics -
As falcon you should be DashDancing and looking for your openings. There was a point where instead of DDing you just stood there and crouched - this isn't very effective. Out of a dash dance you can capitalize on almost any small mistake made by the opponent with a Nair or grab or Dair.

D-throw and U-throw should be basically the only throws you use depending on the character. Floaties use d-throw. Fast fallers use d-throw and techchase or u-throw onto platform and follow up with either a u-air or techchase.

You basically just tried to approach over and over and got punished for it. Instead of looking for you openings you just tried to attack him endlessy and got punished for it. He put up his shield and when your attack hit his shield or miss his shield and then punished you out of it. When you were above him you tried to come down and hit him with dairs - instead of getting away and going back to DDing to ****.

Just watch some videos of what some good falcons do. Watch how they DashDance to grab or nair. Watch how when they pressure they can't get punished very easily. Look at their approaches. Etc.

Edit: Just watched the one vs sleepys fox.
I also saw a LOT of full hops and missed lcancels. This allowed Sleepy to punish pretty easily. Work on lcancling and SHFFling.

There were quite a few random smash attacks. Try not to do that. Smash attacks don't really lead into combos. Instead do a N-air or U-air as they can lead into more comboing.

Yeah, I would practice SHFLLing/WDing/L-Canceling, but I don't have Melee as of now.

Although I do practice when I can.

So you're saying I should Dash-dance more, and then wait for them to attack and then punish it?

u can approach with SH Dair and Nair as long as u cross up with them to avoid punishment. This will pressure your opponent and create openings for u to **** them
