Falco weak dair help

In NTSC, Falco's Dair hits the opponent at a spike angle of 290° (with no DI.) In PAL, the strong hit sends them at the normal angle, but the weak hit hits them at the Sakurai angle. This means it's actually possible for Falco's opponent to recover in PAL.

Sorry, I didnt specify. Im ntsc and im refrencing something I remember westballz saying about weak dair leading to extended combo options on floaties
