Falco d-grab to shine then dair

I'm Just wondering does Falco's Down Grab then Instant shine then dair works always even on high damage please help !

Nope, eveyone (other than Fox who I think can just DI or SDI out of harm's way) can tech Falco's D-Throw and avoid the shine. Anyways, this question would be best for the Falco boards.

Puff can't tech it either. They can both DI, ASDI, and SDI out though.

I also know that Fox can tech it in PAL, but that's not important over here in the US of A.

And something else important, if you think this kind of stuff might be guaranteed then I'm guessing you're practicing against low level CPU's on vanilla Melee and not against real people. That's a bad way to practice for someone without much experience because you will build habits (such as d throw to shine) which will not work against humans. That's just a guess though, if you are playing people then teach them how to tech and DI
