Falco Chain Grab at Zero

Is there anyway to guarentee a regrab against falco at zero?

Also if youre wondering why you cant normally chaingrab at zero if he di’s away in front of you (I believe its this) then he barely cant be grabbed before he can act. Only Falco at Zero Percent (There may be more percents)

I am also fully aware of a quick forward throw but I mean at zero an up throw into a guarenteed upthrow at zero no matter what they do.

You can regrab falco at 0 if he DIs in front or no DI (99% sure for no DI). Otherwise, you have mixups between fthrow instant regrab as you metnioned, fthrow techchase, and dthrow techchase.

 

[Ladder]

I labbed this a while ago, you can't regrab full di behind until 7 percent pre pthrow.
Slight di behind can only be regrabbed at 0 if you're the higher port, otherwise at 1.

These percentages are for PAL btw, don't know if it makes a difference though
