Falco Advanced Techniques, and Character matches?

Alright, I've been playing Smash Bros here and there for a little while now and I'm decent with Falco. I'm looking to up my game alot more then my current playing ability.
I'm looking for possible techniques, styles, and advance against certain characters.
For prime example... Sheik and Marth...
What techniques, or styls would be good AGAINST these characters?

Read the stickies at the top, particually the guide created by gamerguitarist. If you read that and still in the need of some advice against these two characters, go ahead and make a new thread with some specific questions that you have.
