Failing to upload videos made in Movie Maker??

For some reason when I make a movie in Windows Movie Maker (using AVI files), and then I try to upload that movie onto youtube, it says that the video type is not supported. So I check the file type, and it's a .MSWMM, which is not playable/supported by anything but Windows Movie Maker. When I try to save it as something else other than this kind of file type, there's nothing else available.

How can I either save them as a different type of file, or convert them? My main goal is to get this thing on youtube. Please help.

try another software like sony vegas or studio 10.
and u are using dazzle for capture?

After editing and whatnot in WMM and put all of it in the story board, go to file -> save movie file, and a box will come up and ask you for information and such, select my computer, hit next, enter a name, choose a location, next, show more choices, other settings, DV-AVI to get it to save in .AVI
