Hey guys, just wondering what the best stages are against some characters, specifically samus, shiek, link, jigglypuff, ganondorf, and captain falcon (assuming Fountain is already banned). Thanks in advance! :D

I'm not entirely sure. Personally against a lot of opponents I'd say that Pokemon Stadium and FD are really good cuz your lasers are crazy broken and they dont have retreat options. If they don't realize that you can SHL to hit the PS platforms you're absolutely fine.

Also, it's spelled Flaco not Faclo XD

I have no idea on Samus, Link, or Dorf, but here's my bit on the other 3.
Sheik, you want a stage where she can't tech chase regrab you from her downthrow easily, and a stage with nice platforms for your comboes. I love going YS or DL against Sheik, though Battlefield might be better for your Falco than DL.
Captain Falcon, I love basically any stage against him, DL, YS, BF, FD, even PKS, basically, just pick the stage you like the most, and the stage on which you can best restrict his options/movement.
Jigglypuff, Definitely not DL or FoD, because of the high ceilings and whatnot. Yoshi's is nice because you can kill her off the top very easily, and Battlefield is nice for the same reason, but it's a bit harder.

Lmao, it was just brought to my attetnion that my dumb comp didn't show me what I was typing.. and I spelled it wrong. For the record, everybody, I do know that it is spelled FALCO. I'm not editing that first post cuz its too funny imo.

Ganondorf wants to take you to YS (great stage for both) or BF (great for ganon and slightly less combo potential for Falco). Doesn't mean you have to ban either of them though.

In general FD is a good choice as you take the platforms away from Ganon. Unless he's one of the very few Ganons that have mastered cc/asdi grabs and chaingrabbing you shouldn't have too much trouble. Lots of Ganons ban FD though.

FoD is the only other stage that is inherently bad for Ganon (save the PS transformations), as the low platforms kill the SHFFL'd fair techchase and generally interrupt combos more than any other platforms (although they do create opportunities for other combos, and dairs through lower plats on falco's head)

DL64 if you need help running away from him. This is the "I'm confident that my neutral game is stronger than his" counterpick. Remember, Ganon doesn't live forever in this stage, that is a myth. Off stage is death for him, period.

PS is also a decent choice, but the initial transformation doesn't really limit Ganon (no top plat, that's it).

Basically for Ganon:
YS/BF Great
DL64 good +1
PS good
FD/FoD meh (I admit fod in theory is higher and I may be biased bc I don't like fod)

You end up playing on BF or YS once. Usually one game is FD or FoD also (whatever Ganon doesn't ban). Think about game 3.

Samus, Link, and Jigglypuff I'd take to Yoshi's Story. It's smaller, so they can't run away to camp/survive. The rest I'd take to Pokémon Stadium or Yoshi's, depending on your playstyle (PS for laz0rz, YS for going in). FD if you don't like PS.

I'd say that for the most part, PS is a bit better for Falco. He can reap some massive benefits from the existence of the platforms and the transformations. My Falco isn't too good, but I've made some dirty comebacks due to the Fire Transformation. However, if your laser game is legit and your opponent's Powershielding skills aren't by all means take them to FD.

No way, FD > PKS for Falco.

Well, sort of like how you're obviously not biased towards Falco, I'm not biased towards PKS. Honestly, part of the reason is probably because my bro always beats my Falco in FD, so I've developed a bit of a dislike for it. Regardless, I enjoy PKS as a stage.
