Facial Expressions?

Is there any way to add more facial expressions to characters? Such as, if I wanted to keep all of JIgglypuff's facial expressions as is, but add in a new "Angry" expression and apply it to some moves, would I be able to to that, or no?

Yes there is a way, via PAT0 animation.
I love you so much right now. Would you be able to explain how or give a link to how to do it? I already made all the face textures for some character expressions and I'd rather them not go to waste, haha.

Okay, so I found out how to get the face textures into the actual FitCharacter.pac, but how do I apply them to the animations? The expressions don't use moving eyes, by the way, they're just the mad/angry eyes some characters use when they attack (ie: pikachu gets mad when he uses his FSmash).

I'll write up a mini-tutorial for you later today. I don't have time at the moment.

Found a tutorial that has already been made.

Feel free to ask if you have more questions.
I'm a bit confused. Maybe I'm just not understanding the guide that well, but in Kirby's .pac for his costumes, there is the Texture Data, but not the animations I'm trying to apply the textures to. In the FitMotion for Kirby, there is the animations. Are the animations also in Kirby's .pac or something? I'm trying to make it so on his "Guard" animations, instead of his normal expression, he has his mad expression from the games.

Thanks for the help.

The animations will need to be added to the FitKirbyMotionEtc.pac.

If you send me the angry face texture, I can add it for you. The only problem with it is that every Kirby costume you have will need an angry eye texture in it.

Will the textures need to be re-animated, or do I just need to add the angry eye texture to the .pac file for the costume, and the FitMotion will complete the animation? Also, if I send you a list of moves/animations I'd like the angry eye texture added to, would you do that too (instead of just the guard)?

Oh, and thank youuu! c:

You need to add the texture to the character file, then add the new PAT0 animation in the FitMotion.

It depends how big the list is. It is a tedious process and I personally don't want to spend my time on it. I can make a video on adding it to the guard animation, then you can figure it out yourself.
