F-Smash Power

So, about the F-smash power thing on the dojo. It does 20% the first time you hit with it, then 17%, then holds steady at 14%. Does it go back up to 20 if you lose a stock? Does it recharge over time? Does anyone know?

you know thats a good question..i never noticed the decreasing attack power on it.My guess is that it will recharge over time.its a deturent of stale moves.but next time i play ill check

i think that just relates to the whole diminishing returns thing...all attacks in this game do less damage when spammed, even with a few attacks in between. I think someone said it takes 10ish other attacks to recharge a move fully...

What i Would do with Pikachu is spam his neutral a to restore his power for his other attacks.

I'd leave his forward smash for last.
Powerful crap, it is.
But I often find myself killing opponents with his Forward B move.

i think the damage will reset probably after using five different moves after using his f-smash.
