Eyes after playing Smash

Every time I play smash for more than an hour, I noticed that when I stop to do other things my eyes get quite blurry and dry (I do not notice when I play smash). Does this happen to anyone else? Is there a way to counteract this?
My vision eventually clears up in 2 hrs.

I don't think it's anything serious. Maybe it's just your eye's response to the extreme focus you have been putting on smash. Maybe.

How bad does your vision get? does it stop you from doing everyday things?

For two hours while my vision is blurry, I don't think I can read a book without trying really hard.

You could try gaming glasses. They're really not much beyond yellow lens glasses which reduce the amount of blue light that gets to you eyes. It has the highest frequency which is I think why it's the most harmful color. Noscope and Gunnar are the 2 biggest brands for them. I've tried them and they help my eyes feel better after/during long play sessions
