Extremely laggy Fraps videos.

Okay, so. I recently updated to Windows 7. Before this, I had this computer for about two months with Vista. I had Fraps for a while, but it lagged for a really long time. The above video is an example. This was until about a week ago, where recording speed was flawless. After the update, my recording is lagging again. I'm not even sure what exactly causes it. I close all programs and stuff, and it will still lag.

Help please? I'd really like to record stuff again. If Fraps isn't for me, is there better video recording software than Fraps?

might want to check how fraps works with W7, might be some issues there.

It might be that...Worked perfect with Vista, I upgrade, then bam. I have like 89 GB free, so it can't be space. Blah.
