extra stage help

Hi, I just figured how to add extra stages to the stage select screen using phantom wings's codes and his pac/rel pack. although, I can't figure out how to perfect texture hacking those stages. As far as I know, I need the original rels to make the textures work but some stage hacks don't work right. hyrule 64 works fine but nyan cat doesn't. any help?
