Extended dash dancing help needed!

I've recently joined the competitive smash scene and I would really like to start improving tech.
Wow this is sooooo hard I watched my smash corners guide and I tried it for a while with marth and this may sound crazy but I'm seem to only be to get it down dash right dash left not dash left dash right.
So if anyone has any tips/tricks or know any good guides to timing this please help!
Also who should I try practing this tech using?

Keep practicing. Also, break it down; the inputs and stuff. Like, --- --- ----- ---- etc... Make sure you have an internal timing for your character's dash cancels and stuff.​
