Exception (DSI) Occurred on hackless method

When i start smash bros brawl and go to the stage builder everything loads up normally but when i get to the project m start up it loads for a bit then i get Exception DSI Occurred. Im using a 2gb sd card and i also tried formatting it (FAT32) but i still get the error. Does anyone know the solution to this problem?

I tried doing that but when i launch project m it loads brawl normally. Do you know anyway to update it manually?

Just delete the files from your card, and download them afresh from the website, like how you installed it the first time
