Here's an excerpt from an info thread I made on GameFAQs this morning.
What's the official Evo streaming schedule?

What does this mean for a Melee fan?
www.twitch.tv/srkevo3 will be airing some of Melee pools from eight to two and six to eight on Friday and late-ish Melee bracket from ten to two on Saturday. On Sunday,
www.twitch.tv/srkevo1 will air Melee top eight from noon to completion (schedule says noon to two but I'm guessing they won't just cut us off completely--hope they know how long sets can take). You will not be able to chat in the stream chat without paying a one-time $12 fee that applies to all streams for all games this Evo. Be wary that the times, particularly those on Sunday, may be a bit variable depending on how other games' tourneys are going. Even though Evo is a very well-organized affair, be ready for Melee to potentially start a bit earlier or later than presented.
But that's not enough! Where can I see more Melee? Will I ever be able to talk in stream chat despite intense desire not to toss out twelve bucks?
You're in luck, friend.
During the day on Friday and Saturday, whenever Melee is not airing on srkevo3, there will be (provided there's good enough 4G reception) an unofficial sidestream on
www.twitch.tv/vgbootcamp showing more pools and brackets coverage and potentially coverage of side events if they transpire (such as a possible doubles tournament). Additionally, during the evenings after cessation of tournament activities (exact time not clear),
www.twitch.tv/clashtournaments will be showing the Clash Suite, a collection of some of the greatest players and commentators doing friendlies, pride sets, and other possible exhibitions (there's rumor afoot of an M2K v. Mango multi-character crew battle type exhibition, 6 on 6 or even 10 on 10, and possibly of an EC v. WC crew battle, and so on). These streams
will allow you to chat whether or not you've subscribed, unless the chat gets so active or spammy that they stick it into sub-only mode for a bit just to cool off.
Wait, what time zone is that schedule in again?
I believe all times are PST.
