F-Zero Pit Stop Event help.

I need help with the last three events on very hard, the f zero grand prix, the race with deathborn and then the staff ghost race. any suggestions on what i should so i can finally finish up story mode.

ight, i beat event 8 on very hard on my own, i just need some tips for events 7 and 9 now. i know people have been looking, but could someone help with this.
