Ethan Waber and Shulk, best team or great rivels, could they have a spot in SSB4?

I know Ethan is from the lesser known Phantasy Star Universe game by sega, but how would he do in SSB4 along with Shulk from Xenoblade. Would you like to see both the game? Would they be a good team or great rivels.
