is there some sort of rule on the equipment on your mii for a tournament? Can they use whatever equipment they want, or does it have to be balanced? Or can they not have equipment at all? Thanks in advance.

So far, everyone [citation needed] has agreed that the standard will be "No equipment what-so-ever". There may be a side event using the Smooth Landing equipment, though.
